All fees to be paid by 6th January.
A late payment of £100 will be issued for fees not received by the above date.
Please complete your choices and return any additional forms to the Ladbroke Square Montessori School office, by 11th November.
The afternoons have activities as part of the scheduled planning:
- Monday afternoon: Gym
- Tuesday afternoon: Yoga (extra cost)
- Wednesday afternoon: Gardening and Nature
- Thursday afternoon: Art
- Friday: Stem

Universal Funded Hours
We currently provide all eligible children (3- and 4-year olds) the Universally Funded Hours (UFH) implemented by the government. This provides 15 hours of nursery funding for childcare to eligible children. Children must turn 3 within the dates set by the government. The school will review fees annually. As parents signing up to the UFH you will need to complete additional documents for RBKC and supply a proof of address and bring your child's passport to the office.

Breakfast Club
Breakfast club (optional 8am - 8:30am Monday – Friday)
£10 per day - must be booked a week in advance via the office
Early Birds
Early birds (optional 8:30am – 8:50am Monday - Friday)
£5 per day - must be booked a week in advance via the office.
If you have selected any breakfast club days in the previous step Early Bird attendance cannot be selected for the same day. Early Birds does not include breakfast.
Extra Activity Choices
The options below reflect the days chosen earlier in the form.
Hot Lunches
Hot Lunch – supplied by Chilli bees £7 a day
Children have a hot main course with vegetables/salad on the side and a pudding. The menu rotates every 3 weeks and is different every term.
If you select hot lunch on a day your child is attending morning only you will also need to pay for the lunch hour, at a cost of £20 per day. This will be automatically added to your total.
Lunch Hour
Lunch Hour - pick up 1pm
Please add this on if you have signed up for morning school but would like your child to stay until 1pm.
(Extra lunch hours need to be signed up for the week before through the office)

N.B. You do not need to add this on if your children stay for a full day.
Extras
Smocks are compulsory and they must be named.
Please note that add-on afternoons can be requested, the week before at the cost of £60 each.
Extra lunches and afternoons need to be requested in the office, via Sophia the week before. Payment via transfer.
Each child should be provided with a fruit or vegetable for a shared snack at break time.
We are a NUT FREE SCHOOL, so please do not bring anything containing nuts.
