Our Ethos

At Ladbroke Square Montessori School, our aim is to provide children with a strong learning foundation that will support their future education and personal development into adulthood.        

We believe in nurturing independent thinking, fostering a love for learning and for exploration of the world around us. With the support of our caring, highly experienced teachers, our children are immersed in a Montessori approach that develops unique skills in cooperation, collaboration, creativity, self-discipline, problem solving and play.  

Our objective is to provide children with a safe, warm, and caring environment from which they can play, learn and develop into happy, healthy and inquisitive individuals. Our aim is that all our children leave Ladbroke Square Montessori School with a sense of wonder at the world around them.

We nurture and inspire curiosity in our children and parents to inquire how to make sense of the world around them, building knowledge, understanding and a love of learning.

The very nature of the Montessori philosophy enshrines inclusivity, as do we. Respecting and celebrating everyone’s unique nature helps us to embrace diversity and belonging.

Emotional intelligence and wellbeing are instrumental in how we see ourselves and developing our compassion and empathy for others.

Having a creative outlook, promotes problem solving, new vocabulary and of course, a great imagination.
